HELP!

To any and all of you handy with a sewing machine, who have any prior experience with making costumes, etc, I beg you for help! This year for Halloween, I'd really like to be one of the raven-people [or die rabekriegeren, as I call them] from EdM... and since a rabekrieger is obviously NOT something they carry at Party City, I'm going to have to make my own costume. But I've no idea how to start or go about it. For any of you who have prior costume-making experience, I'd be eternally grateful if you'd message me with any suggestions. :/
