- Now that's a hard one... I love the Vienna version of "Die Schatten" in Act I. Oh oh! The sinking world and FJ's nightmare!

- How did you become an Elisabeth fan?
- I was searching YouTube for Phantom of the Opera videos in different languages. Lo and behold, I came across a video of these German people named Pia Douwes and Uwe Kröger singing "Das Phantom der Oper" on a TV show. But before that, they sang a song called "Wenn ich tanzen will". I had no idea what they were saying, but I fell in love with that song then and there. (Funnily enough, at first I thought it was some kind of love song... a triumphant love song, lol.) Found out it was from a musical called Elisabeth, looked up Elisabeth videos, and fell in love with the whole thing!

- Elisabeth: Pia Douwes
Tod: Uwe Kröger, but Jesper Tydén is in a close second. I also like Máté Kamarás in the Hungarian version.
Lucheni: Serkan Kaya, hands down. Haven't gotten to actually see Ethan Freeman yet, but he seems really good, too.
Franz: Michael Shawn Lewis and Zoltán Bereczki
Rudolf: Jesper Tydén and Sven Olaf Denkinger

I'd really like to meet him just for the experience.
What was the imperial crypt like? I never got to see that. I missed out on visiting the Schonbrun also, did you get to see it? If so what was it like? :)
I was there in October and missed out on meeting Uwe because he was off sick when I went to the Stage door. I've heard a few stories about him and was pretty curious as to what he was like in person lol
I met Wietske and Susan and was more than happy with that
Did you visit the Sisi museum? I could have stayed there all day it was heavenly :)
How long were you there for? Did you get to do enough sightseeing? When I went it was only for a few days, how I wish it had been longer. I loved it there and there was so much more I wanted to see.
When and how did you meet Wietske? I'd like to hear about that. I met her back in October in Vienna, she's so sweet
I want Uwe all to myself! :-P
I seem remember commenting on your journal about Sven being a favorite of mine after you posted the clip in your journal. That was you, wasn't it, lol? *is confused now*
