No problem! Actually, I don't check it frequently either, but I get an e-mail whenever something is sent to me.

The video is fairly old, I think, but very entertaining and I quite like his Krolock song. Wouldn't it be great if he got to play the role for real on stage some day? However, next year he's doing Jack the Ripper (I think) in a new "Lulu" musical in Innsbruck, so perhaps he's going to do musicals a bit more now.
Nice video of Máté and Maya. Even though the chronology was a little puzzling, there was a nice subdued atmosphere to the piece - perhaps because you were inspired in the middle of the night?
By the way, I completely agree with you about "Tanz der Vampire". You have heard Máté sing "Unstillbare Gier," haven't you? I see that you have him as your favourite Tod, so if you haven't seen it, there is also a clip on YouTube somewhere, where he starts singing the Krolock song but stops in the middle because of the awful playback and then talks for about 5 minutes about all sorts of things until he decides what to do next. If you understand German, it is actually quite hilarious. He has a great anecdote about a lady who had seen "Elisabeth" 230 times!
There are hardly any books about them available in my own language - Finnish - so I've mostly been reading books in English. What have you read? About Elisabeth I've so far read Corti's, Haslip's and Hamann's biographies and assorted shorter things, and I've been browsing some of her poetry in German. About Rudolf I haven't found so much in English, I've read Richard Barkeley's Road to Mayerling and Frederick Morton's A Nervous Splendor. I have Hamann's biography of him and I want to read it, but her German is very difficult so I've so far only been reading bits and pieces.
I find both of them extremely fascinating - and especially about Rudolf people still have so widely different interpretations of what he was like and why things went the way they did. Though there also are very different views about Sisi, some writers want to see her as near-perfect and just a victim of everyone else's evil, others have a very harsh view of her, and again I think that the truth is somewhere in between. But both are such fascinating personalities.
Hi! Just wanted to pop in and say hello and mention that your artwork is lovely! (Actually, I'm pretty sure I've commented on some of it before at DevArt =D)
And I agree that Pia/Mate would be a very interesting Elisabeth/Tod pairing. ;)
Hello! Nice to see someone else who is also interested in the history of Elisabeth and Rudolf! I try to read almost everything about them I can get my hands on, at least in languages I can easily read.

Profile Information
About Me:
I'm girl from small city in Poland, obsessed with musicals (especially "Elisabeth" and "Tanz der Vampire), good books, unicorns, history of Elisabeth and Rudolph, with many dreams and big ambitions. I think that's enough.
The one I'm currently watching ;) That's really difficult question as I Iove whole musical, but scenes I like the most are "Schwarzer Prinz","Der Letzte Tanz","Die Schatten werden laenger","Wenn ich tanzen will" and "Milch".
Favorite character?
Elisabeth, Death and Lucheni.
How did you become an Elisabeth fan?
I saw some posts on musical forum about "Elisabeth". I get interested, downloaded "Ich gehoere nur mir" and felt in love.
